Returns & Cancellations Policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you nominate, receive the last item of your order. If the withdrawal period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account and submit a return or cancellation request through your order history at: 👉 https://account.eternaldusk.co.uk

For unfulfilled orders, you may cancel directly from your account. For fulfilled orders, submit a return request within the 14-day window, you do not need to login to do a refund you can find it in the drop down menu on the account section

Returning items

Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the items without undue delay. We do not refund return costs and will be returned to the shipping address.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. We will process your refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the product being returned any damages will reduce amount refunded.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: personalised item, magic mugs and stickers.
